title:NASA Glenn Visitors Center move has two big minuses.

There are two big minuses to moving the NASA Glenn Visitors Center to the Great Lakes Science Center. First, it is a very different experience to be onsite, where research is carried out, compared to viewing a traveling exhibit Second, our excellent Science Center is far from free to visit. It is not enough to say that children will be able to view the NASA exhibit for free. Children usually are accompanied by adults. For many families in the Cleveland area, the cost of Science Center tickets and parking are high enough to keep them away. I have always enjoyed taking visitors to the exciting exhibits at the Glenn Research Center. It has been free, and this makes it available equally to all. It is important that everyone be able to experience the important work of the NASA Glenn Research Center.
