MSI Launches 14 New models Of Laptop

The Micro Star International (MSI) has announced the launch of 14 new models of laptops in the Indian market. The laptops target various sections of the Indian market. The netbooks are classified as G-series notebooks for gaming, the Classic series, E-series notebooks for entertainment, a slim X Slim series and the U-series Wind netbooks. Tony Yang, newly appointed Managing Director of MSI India said “As today’s digital lifestyles grow, portable computing is becoming ubiquitous in all facets of life. Consumers are looking for products that suit their professional and personal work needs and which yet reflect their individual style. Our 2010 notebook line-up is based on feedback from users world-wide and backed by MSI’s strong R&D. With our 14 new models, we are able to provide Indian consumers, a notebook suited for every need,” The G-Series notebooks have NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250M’s 3D discrete graphics cards and 15.4inch and 17 inch monitors. They are priced at Rs 88,000 and above. The entertainment series laptops are priced Rs 38,999 and upwards. The Classic series have Intel Calpella platform and are also priced at Rs 38,000 and more. The X series slim laptops are in the range of Rs 45,000. The wind series Wind U130 and U135 netbooks from MSI are priced at Rs. 19,000 and Rs 21,000 respectively. The first 12 inch display laptops, Wind U210 and U230 netbooks, are priced at Rs. 23,000 and Rs 28,000.
