Any person who starts a business at his own risk is usually called as an Entrepreneur. He invests in his own business, manages it and strives hard to get profit. An entrepreneur formulates a proper and structured business plan and invests accordingly. In general most of these people start their career stepping into a big company work for a while, understand the strategies and then start their own business.

It was Mr.Narayana Moorthy who acted as the backbone behind forming a software company which is one of the biggest companies in the world now. The most important quality that an entrepreneur should possess is having a strong passion toward the work they do. There should be dedication and sincerity in whatever they do. They always focus on the ways to move ahead in their business. They analyze the field they work completely and also their competitors’ weakness. Before starting a work they collect materials on it, do a complete research, predict the output and then step into it.

Innovation and Creativity

Entrepreneurs always have a lateral thinking. He shows more interest in learning new concepts and implementing the best ones. An entrepreneur has an Out of Box Thinking. He is not only finds new concepts but also shares it with his team.

Strong Mindset

Entrepreneurs take both positive and negative feedbacks. They have a mindset to accept criticisms and convert them into success. Whenever they lose they rethink the way they traveled and formulate strategies accordingly.

Time Management

Entrepreneurs always stick to time. They value time more than anything. Proper planning and prioritizing tasks helps them follow a sequence and execute as being planned. All successful entrepreneurs have a planner with to manage time.

Self-Initiator

Doing day to day works without any initiators always succeeds. Entrepreneurs are self initiators; they do not need anyone to come behind them to remind their tasks. Finally they work on self motivation; this is the biggest tool that keeps them moving.
