Antivirus History

Back in 1988 viruses grabbed mass media attention and some of the best researchers in the antivirus world started their work before 1989. So 1988 was the year of the witch antivirus comerciants forward, and their launch produced a great agitation over what was at that time only a potential problem.

The comerciants were only small businesses that sell their software at very low prices (something like 5 or 10 USD). Some f the programs were shareware, some freeware. Many companies have tried to create a name for himself, but nobody was really paying big money for a potential thread. This situation gave the virus as stoned that cascade and Jerusalem a chance propagate without being detected.
