NLP is the process of techniques from other areas, such as Ericksonian Hypnosis and Classical Conditioning. These techniques are refined and rebuilt, and their method of capture is accelerated. So there is a strong bound between NLP and hypnosis. Bandler and Grinder's book "Patterns of Hypnotic Techniques of
NLP name itself (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) comes from the influences of other disciplines have had over this area. As Richard Bandler was an information scientist and John Grinder a linguist, it is obvious that these two areas influenced the birth and development of NLP. Make use of the sciences which they specialize and combine their knowledge of techniques used in Behavioral Psychology and Systems Theory, they created NLP. Their goal was to find and use information about how communication affects the subjective experience and influences behavior.

NLP is to eliminate errors (but very rare) and replace it with constant success.
Very rapid systemic changes must be possible when dealing with the many problems on one person.
Methods and processes to be improved for a more systematic NLP
More systematic and comprehensive maps to be made, although the general approach of NLP is to solve people's problems, the ability to "create generative change" should be considered also.
NLP development work is to divide between these 3 parts: theory, application and modeling or map creation. All these aspects are interrelated, and test each other. Each theory is useful in applications and help develop effective processes.
Some areas of NLP is currently being investigated. Questions such as: how much longevity is influenced by NLP, and how come childhood memories are still able to represent a totally changed person ready to be answered. There are many studies on volition and automatic processes on kinesthetic systems, the adaptation of NLP to the group intervention, based on a distinction between reality and fantasy, and elicitation. Volunteers and NLP experts work the same way, so people can get the results they want. It is hoped that in the near future, more things will be cleared out of the benefit of those using NLP.
