Garmin-Asus M10 Launched in India

Garmin Asus has announced the launch of its latest Windows Mobile powered Navigation phone, the M10 in India. The M10 is a full touchscreen device and as mentioned earlier, runs Windows Mobile 6.5.3 - the latest version of the mobile OS from Microsoft. The M10 comes with a largish 3.5-inch touchscreen display and boasts of a 512 MB of RAM and 512 MB of ROM. A Qualcomm 7227 600MHz processors does the number crunching bit. It supports memory expansion through microSD cards and comes with a 4GB card as well. Being Garmin branded, it was obvious that the M10 comes preloaded with maps and voice guidance software in both Hindi and English. Thanks to its Wndows Mobile origins, it also features full email, calendar and IM and mobile navigation support. The 5 megapixel camera at the back should be sufficient for more than just casual photography. The M10 comes with a powerful 1500mAH battery and features Wi-Fi connectivity as well. As of now, the phone would be available in the cities of New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalor e, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune through carriers and retail distribution channels. Lest we forget to add, the M10 would make your pockets lighter by Rs. 19.990.
