Reliance Communication has launched GSM Services from 30-Dec-08.
This is only service provider that has afford both the GSM & CDMA. Reliance comm. has launched GSM Services to nearly 11,000 cities in the initial period, with in short span they have planned to make coverage of 22,000 cities. 10,000 crore has been spent to
afford this GSM services in last 15 months.
Chairman Mr. Anil Ambani to press meet, we provided CDMA services to all over Indian cities and GSM services to 8 cities in East India. He told , now we have established this GSM service to nation wide. Reliance comm. is going to participate in coming 3G mobile campaign. To provide this 3G services we have planned to invest 4,000 crores. And we have got approval to provide services to Srilanka and Ukanda countries.
