ving the desired objectives gave all the necessary support to the Science and Technology sector.According to him, Kaduna State government spent 10 million Naira in 2008 to support business development among technologists operating in the famous Panteka market in three identified areas such as advocacy campaign towards unity of purpose and cooperation among technologists, training of 650 technologists and provision of funds for the purchase of a generator as well as installation of a lathe machine for the use of members of the newly registered association. He, however, called on the Panteka Industrial Development Association and the 650 technologists that benefited from the capacity building programme to give support to Kaduna State Government so as to achieve greatness. Dr. Muhammad Sani said that Science and Technology being part of the 11-point agenda of the state government would continue to be accorded recognition aimed at achieving industrial and technology development.
He called on the staff of the ministry of Science and Technology to continue to put in more effort by working hard to enable the ministry achieve its mission.
